Welcome to TEAM BA ("TEAM BA", "we", "us" or "our"). Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, share and protect information in relation to our application, "Wobble Doodle" (the "Service").

Wobble Doodle is a drawing app. Your drawings and app data are created and stored locally on your device. We do not transmit your drawings to our servers.
2. How We Use Information Since we do not collect any personal information or usage data, we do not use your information for tracking, advertising, or analysis purposes.
The app strictly functions to provide the drawing features you request on your device.
3. How We Share Information We do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer to outside parties your personally identifiable information. Since we do not collect any user data, there is no information to share with third parties, service providers, or business partners.
4. Subscriptions and In-App Purchases The Service may offer auto-renewable subscriptions and in-app purchases. All payments are processed by Apple through the App Store. We do not collect, store, or have access to your payment information (such as credit card details) or your Apple ID credentials.
To verify your subscription status and unlock premium features, the app uses Apple's StoreKit framework, which provides transaction information on your device. This information is used solely to provide the features you have purchased.
Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time in your App Store account settings. Refunds are handled by Apple in accordance with its policies.

5. Third-Party Services and Links Wobble Doodle does not use third-party analytics tools (such as Google Firebase) or advertising networks.
The Service may contain links to our support page or other legitimate websites. If you click on a third-party link, you will be directed to that site. Note that these external sites are not operated by us. Therefore, we strongly advise you to review the Privacy Policy of these websites.
6. Children’s Privacy Our Service does not address anyone under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13. Since our app does not collect data from any user, this applies to children as well.
7. Changes to This Privacy Policy We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. Thus, you are advised to review this page periodically for any changes. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page. These changes are effective immediately after they are posted.
